Same old lang syne
First time I heard this song was in my junior high. At that time, I didn't know what the song wants to tell us. But oneday at my high school age, I incidentally heard this song again. Since my english was more better, I knew the song was telling us a beautiful but melancholic story. When I listened the song at Christmas Eve, I was simply touched and recall the old time when I was still in junior high. Maybe life is like black chocolate, bitter but sweet. In the past, my solution to those painful and pathetic memories is to forget them. However you can not face the future if you keep evading them. This is what I have learned through these years. It seems like I am a kind of self-confident. Well, I just want to say I can stand here is totally because my past accompanying with many friends, my parents, and those I love.
Here is the song: Same old lang syne http://tw.youtube.com/watch?v=QExQCwn6kwg&feature=related
I like the lyrics:The snow turned into rain.
Wish you love this song.
Dan Forgelberg, the singer passed away in Dec, 16, 2007. I was really sad about him. He was only 59. He left us many great songs like Leader of the band(one of my favorite), Longer(rank no.1 in pop list), and Run for the roses. These are really legendary songs (as I would call them).
Next time, I will introduce the singer and his song more thoroughly.
Leave your comments about anything. I would really appreciate.
