Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Why do you go to work? Most of people do for their living, since jobs can make money and money can fulfill your desire. However, there are other factors that affect people to choose a job.

First, the development of your current job is actually a very important point when people select their jobs. Will this job help me to get a higher position? Can this job last for a long time? These are very essential for job consideration. If one job only last for a week with a great payment, it may not be a better choice than a job that last longer with a fairly low payment. In a long term condition, the total number of money you earned from a job lasted longer may exceed that form a shorter job. Also, if a job cannot take you to a higher position, you will end up with a payment that will not change through years. Therefore, the development of the job is a crucial key point to people.

Second, the location of the working place plays an important role. If a person with a family need to go abroad for working, to get a higher pay, he may resign a job simply because he has a family to take care of. That is, location of your working place affects your daily life. If one needs to commute two hours to work, it would take him four hours on transportation and that is one sixth for a day. He may not have enough time to spend on families, his habits, and his friends. So the location should be listed as an aspect when choosing jobs.

Finally, the most important of all is your interest toward the job. If you cannot gain satisfaction through the job, your life will become black and white. I have seen many true stories. One is that my friend chose a job with a higher pay. However the job required him to work almost twenty hours a day. Besides that, he didn't really enjoy in that job. In the end, he did become rich, but he also screw up his own body. And the money he earned were all used in medical treatment. That is why your interest should be the most important point when your select the job. You earn money is to spend them. It is meaningless if you cannot spend your money. After all, life is meant to be happy.
